The Country Club at DC Ranch prides itself on its exceptional group of members. The Club offers three different membership opportunities. You do not need to be a property owner in DC Ranch to be a member of The Country Club at DC Ranch, since membership is not tied to real estate.
The Golf Membership
Unlimited golf privileges and use of practice facilities for the member, spouse, and unmarried children under age of 24. Includes use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis.
The Junior Golf Membership
Unlimited golf privileges and use of practice facilities for individuals and families ages 21-39. Reduced initiation fee paid over three (3) years. Includes use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis.
The Sport Social Membership
Receive unlimited tee times and guest privileges from June through December; from January through May, members receive a maximum of six rounds per a family member. The member pays half the current greens fee per round, plus cart fee. Includes unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis.
The Clubhouse Membership
Includes unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis (excluding golf).
Single Memberships are available for Sports, Social, and Clubhouse categories at a reduced fee for those members who are independent and have no children under the age of 24.
Family Privileges
All Membership privileges extend to the member, spouse, and unmarried children under the age 24.
Market Base Pricing
The Country Club at DC Ranch is pleased to announce an innovative market-based approach to membership sales. Market-Based Pricing, by definition, allows Members to set the selling price of their own membership. In essence, the ‘value’ of the membership is ultimately determined by what a Member is willing to sell for and what a buyer is willing to pay.
The first step is to fill out the Membership Application and Agreement and submit a deposit in the form of a check for $5,000.00. The date on which the check and application are turned in will establish your priority on the Preferred Prospect list. The check is deposited at time of application and is credited toward the membership. The $5,000 deposit is refundable if the application is withdrawn.
The Process: The Director of Membership will call on the first day of the month between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. If we are unable to reach you we will proceed to the next person on the Preferred Prospect list.
After hearing the price, you will need to decide if you would like to purchase the membership immediately. If you accept the price, thereby purchasing the Golf Membership, we will need the balance of the initiation fee within 3 business days. If you choose to not purchase the membership, your name will be moved to the following month’s Preferred Prospect list and the process will begin again on the first day of the next month.
