Kyle Draper

General Manager
Kyle Draper returned to the team at The Country Club at DC Ranch in April of 2016.  Prior to this appointment, Kyle served as the General Manager/COO at Tucson Country Club from August of 2013 to April of 2016.  In this role at Tucson Country Club, Kyle focused his efforts in developing an improved organizational structure of the Club as well as create a comprehensive strategic plan to help create a well-planned direction for the Club membership and staff.  These improvements have laid the groundwork for a successful future at the only remaining member owned and governed Private Club in Tucson.  Previous to his appointment at Tucson Country Club, Kyle spent the previous six (6) years at DC Ranch where he served as the Clubhouse Manager. In his role at The Country Club, Kyle was directly responsible for all daily operations of the Clubhouse including food, beverage, fitness, locker room and pool service provided to members and their guests.
Kyle was born and raised in Redmond, WA and brings a background of over fifteen year’s hospitality management experience to this position, most of which have been focused in the private club sector. Kyle attended UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration with a focus in club management. During his time in Las Vegas, Kyle worked for various strip resorts, including Caesars Palace and Mandalay Bay.
After spending five years at the Las Vegas Country Club in both the Assistant and Clubhouse Manager roles, Kyle then left to take a job at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama where he also obtained his Masters Degree in Hospitality Management. Following the completion of his Masters degree, Kyle then took a position with Overlake Golf and Country Club in Medina, Washington as a service consultant, where his focus was to evaluate the club’s food and beverage program and to then develop an intensive service training program to streamline the services provided to club members.
Kyle is dedicated to the Club Management field and is an active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA). He earned his Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2010, which is CMAA’s signature of professionalism and dedication to the club management industry. Kyle is a proud husband to his wife Toniann, and loving father to his sons Derek and Ford, and daughter Kyla.
