DJ Holcomb is originally from Gig Harbor, WA and moved to Arizona in 2014. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in English. While attending PLU she started working at Canterwood Golf and Country Club to be able to pay her way through school. Even though she had a dream of becoming a high school English teacher, it did not take long for her to fall in love with the country club world. During her sophomore year she worked at Tacoma Country and Golf Club before returning to Canterwood during her junior year as the Club Intern. During her internship she worked in all departments of the club and oversaw both the youth activities program as well as the pool operations during the summer. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Gilbert, Arizona to take on the role of Assistant Service Director at Seville Golf and Country Club. During her time at Seville, she worked as the Assistant Service Director, Private Events Director, and Service Director. DJ joined the team at The Country Club at DC Ranch in 2017 and has not looked back. She aspires to be a General Manger and has made progress towards that goal by earning her CCM (certified club manager) designation in 2020 and her MBA from the University of Denver in 2021.
Growing up DJ was an avid soccer player and still enjoys the occasional pick-up game. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, watching the Seahawks, traveling, and her latest hobby- learning the game of golf.
