Anthony Micari

We are thrilled to announce that Anthony Micari will be joining The Country Club at DC Ranch as our new Executive Chef, beginning September 23, 2025.

Originally from New York, Anthony began his culinary career in the Northeast, honing his skills in top kitchens across Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York. His passion for food and exploration soon led him across the globe—from Hawaii and San Francisco to Miami and even Morocco—where he immersed himself in diverse cuisines and cultures.

Anthony takes pride in using the best ingredients at their peak, creating dishes that bring people together and celebrate flavors that transcend language and cultural barriers. His approach to cuisine is rooted in the belief that food is a universal connector, capable of building community and sparking memorable experiences.

Outside the kitchen, Anthony enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his loyal companions—his dogs—who have adventured with him everywhere from Hawaii to Africa to Spain and back to the States.

Anthony shared:
