Brian Sites

Brian brings a diverse culinary background shaped by kitchens across the western United States, including Seattle, Los Angeles, and Colorado, along with significant experience in leading restaurants throughout Australia and New Zealand and a formative period working in Japan. He has recently returned to Arizona, and we are pleased to have him here. Many members have already noticed his presence in the dining room and his personal attention to every plate before it leaves the kitchen. Please join us in welcoming Chef Brian to our extended family.
