Bryan Steagall

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Bryan brings a dynamic background in hospitality leadership and a deep passion for food, wine, and guest experience. After earning a degree in Interpersonal Communication from Young Harris College, he began his career in sales and logistics before finding his calling in hospitality. Bryan discovered his love for wine early on and earned his Level 1 Sommelier certification, later going on to achieve WSET Level II and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) credentials.

His journey in hospitality includes opening roles at Bar Margot in the Four Seasons Atlanta, where he advanced from server to assistant manager. He later helped open the Four Seasons New Orleans and spent time at Four Seasons Scottsdale, managing both Onyx Bar and Talavera, the resort’s signature Spanish steakhouse.

Most recently, Bryan has served as Assistant Food & Beverage Director at Arizona Country Club, where he has been known for his commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and delivering elevated guest experiences in a premier private club environment.

Outside of work, Bryan leads an active lifestyle enjoying hiking, tennis, pickleball, skiing, scuba diving, and motorcycle riding. He’s also an avid tennis enthusiast and a loyal Georgia Bulldogs football fan.
