Please welcome Clayton Oros to the Food & Beverage team as our new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Clayton will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations in the clubhouse while also providing support to the Ranch House, Men’s Grill, and Director of Food & Beverage. Clayton will lead our Dining Room Management team and food & beverage staff by providing them proper training, support, and mentorship.
Clayton was born and raised in Arizona. He moved away a little for Philadelphia and Atlanta but always found his way back. Clayton went to college at Embry Riddle where he majored in Aeronautical Science, Global Security and Management. He also got all his pilot certifications in rotary and fixed wing, so he tries to fly at least once a month to go up north or to California to spend the day at the beach!
Clayton started his Food& Beverage career at the Westin Kierland and got to work at some big-name resorts in Scottsdale including the Hyatt Gainey Ranch, Omni Montelucia, Mountain Shadows, Boulders, Four Seasons, and opened the Desert Diamond Casino in Glendale. Most recently, he worked for Shea Homes and Bluestar Resort and Golf as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager where he managed a public golf course restaurant.
Fun facts about Clayton: Clayton is an outdoors person! He loves to go out on a hike or take the side by side and quads out to get lost in the woods. He also loves taking the boat and jet ski on the lake.
