Erica Vermeer

We are excited to welcome Erica Vermeer who will be joining The Country Club at DC Ranch as our Director of Marketing and Communications. She brings a wealth of experience in brand storytelling, creative direction and seasonal experiences from her previous roles as Director of Marketing at the nearby AAA Five Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Terranea Resort, one of the top luxury resorts in Southern California.

With a deep background in the hospitality sector, Erica believes marketing is most impactful when it sparks a sense of emotion. She is passionate about shaping the vision and strategy behind comprehensive marketing campaigns and believes that in today’s market, compelling videography and photography is essential, serving as the cornerstone for capturing attention and driving engagement in a vibrant, ever-evolving community. Throughout her career, Erica has overseen both traditional and digital marketing, as well as public relations, with a strong focus on the digital space, including award-winning website design and performance, email marketing, paid media and social media strategy.

Here at the Club, Erica looks forward to celebrating the spirit of the Club through elevated storytelling while thoughtfully enhancing its digital presence and fostering meaningful member engagement throughout the year.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Kirk, and their two energetic daughters, Bergen and Remy, along with the family’s dogs, Rudy and Liesl. She loves Airstream camping and is always looking for ways to get the kids outdoors, exploring new places and living a simpler life. Erica also enjoys home renovation and interior design projects and has a passion for collecting vintage Christmas ornaments. Whenever she has the chance, she appreciates a good book and a relaxing spa day.
