Joey Fulgenzi

.Joey is originally from Mentor, Ohio, and is happy to be back in an event and hospitality management-like space. She brings a wealth of experience, having spent four years as the Event Sales Manager for the Lake County Metroparks outside of Cleveland and three seasons with the Cleveland Browns. (And yes, she’s still holding out hope for a Super Bowl win sometime soon—keep dreaming, Joey!)

 

After moving from Mentor in 2013, Joey worked for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and most recently for Simon Commercial Real Estate in Scottsdale. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Cleveland State University and is eager to use her skills to help promote the club to both members & staff.

 

In her new role, Joey will assist and support our some of our General & Administration Senior Level Management with special projects and day-to-day tasks. She will be the initial point of contact for members, whether over the phone or in person at the club entrance, ensuring that all member requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Joey will also contribute to creating a member-first environment and fostering a service culture that is second to none. With her intimate knowledge of the area and her excellent communication skills, Joey is well-equipped to anticipate the needs of our members and help elevate their overall experience.
