Nicholas Rahn

Nicholas Rahn will be joining our team as the new Restaurant General Manager starting Thursday, November 21st! Nic comes to us with a rich background in hospitality and a knack for building strong teams, driving operational success, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Nic’s journey in the industry began at Grayhawk Golf Club, where he worked his way up from bartender to Bar Manager and finally Restaurant Manager. Along the way, he gained invaluable experience managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, training, conducting reviews, and handling everything from inventory management to vendor relationships. His ability to lead with precision and passion will be a great asset to our team.

Before that, Nic sharpened his event management skills at Belle Terre Vineyard as an Event Sales and Wedding Coordinator, overseeing consultations, staff, and full event execution. Whether it’s running a busy dining room or coordinating large-scale events, Nic’s dedication to excellence and his approachable leadership style makes him a perfect fit for our team.

Originally from Nebraska, Nic attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he built a solid foundation in business strategy. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new restaurants and creating connections with the people around him.
