Niko Kawkaba

Please welcome Niko Kawkaba back to our CCDCR team as the new Men’s Grill Manager!

Niko was born in Orange Country, CA but moved seven times by the time he was 18 years old living in Georgia, Arizona, South Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas. He considers himself to be from Arkansas as he spent his middle/high school years there. Niko comes to us with 10 years of industry experience with both his father and uncle being in the industry as certified club managers. Naturally, he grew up submersed in the Club lifestyle which is how he developed his love for the Country Club industry. Back in 2015, Niko joined our Golf Operations team and transferred over to Food & Beverage department after a season and got to assist with opening the new pool, fitness center, and the youth activities rooms. Since then, he grew his career with various Country Clubs around the country such as Sleepy Hollow Country Club, Westchester Country Club, Medinah Country Club, and Desert Mountain Country Club. 

Outside of work, Niko enjoys camping, snowboarding, golfing, and anything outdoors. He is a big foodie and loves trying out new speakeasies or restaurants in Arizona so send any recommendations his way! Niko not only enjoys eating, but also cooking. Fun fact about Niko is that he visited 2 continents, 3 countries, 25 states, and has moved a total of 10 times living in 7 different states!
