Knowing that healthy living is the key for a full and happy life, The Country Club at DC Ranch has invested into the health and wellness of its members with a brand new 10,000 sq. ft performance center. Fully equipped with everything needed to meet your goals, our team of highly trained strength and conditioning coaches and fitness instructors are here to help teach you how to utilize these tools and design training programs for the most effective and efficient wellness solutions.

Group Fitness
Work with one of our highly skilled coaches who teach daily classes ranging from 30-50 minutes. Classes are designed to give you a full body workout targeting strength, cardio, and flexibility! This schedule has been created for you to be a very efficient and effective way to train!

Kickstart Program
Come learn the ropes how to train and use the equipment in the gym! Our kickstart program is two starter training sessions intended to get you comfortable coming into the gym and getting to work! This program comes with two private sessions, a fitness evaluation, and a two-week exercise plan and one of our coaches will show you how to go through it! Get started today!

Golf Strength and Conditioning
Get ready for golf season with our 6-week golf prep training program that will help you build rotational strength, flexibility, and the endurance to play 18 without fatiguing so you can finish your rounds strong! The first training program starts August 1st.

Sports Performance Training
Our sports performance program led by Dr. Tony Megna is an advanced strength and conditioning program designed and geared for the athletic development and mentorship of our young athletes. After school sessions and our summer training camp will help get you ready for your season, stay injury free, and to out perform your competition.

All In Fitness Program
Learn how to design your own workouts and train yourself! This complete training program is designed to teach you the fundamentals of how to train the whole body and to truly get the results you want! Build Strength! Get Lean! Get Fit! Get Flexible! Get Mobile!

Small Group Training
Can’t make it to a class? Let us take you all through training sessions based on your schedule! Ask one of our coaches about our small group training. Gather your friends to form a group and one of our coaches will design you a program based on your goals!

Private Coaching
Let one of our coaches be your private trainer and mentor. We don’t want to watch from the front desk, we want to help you by your side! All roads lead to where we are going, to the top! Let us design you a program and meet with you weekly to really get after it and help you thrive in your fitness goals!
