Sascha Staley

Sascha joined the team back in May of 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Prior to joining the Club, Sascha was the re-opening Director of Human Resources at CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa, where she played a pivotal role in rebranding the property and expanding the team from roughly 30 employees to nearly 200 during the pandemic. From 2011 to 2020, she worked with Four Seasons in Scottsdale and had the opportunity to contribute to HR operations in locations like Santa Fe, Miami, Jackson Hole, New York Downtown, and Lanai, Hawaii. Sascha’s background covers all aspects of Human Resources, including Forbes Service training.

Before her tenure at Four Seasons, Sascha began her career in spa operations at Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ, while completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, eventually graduating from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Sascha enjoys spending time with her husband, Ali, their daughter, Sage (born in September 2023), and their three retriever dogs, Tucker, Friday, and Aspen. She loves outdoor activities, especially hiking and biking along the canal with her family. In her spare time, she is also learning Arabic and hopes to become fluent one day, continuing her passion for learning and exploring new challenges.
