Silvia Vannoy

Silvia Vannoy is a creative marketing professional with a deep passion for hospitality, storytelling, and community driven experiences. With a background that spans luxury resorts, food and beverage, and content strategy, she brings a thoughtful, people first approach to brand building rooted in connection and place.

Silvia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. Her foundation in performance continues to shape her work today, influencing her instinct for narrative, visual storytelling, and creating moments that resonate emotionally. What began on stage naturally evolved into a career focused on bringing experiences to life through compelling, intentional content.

She spent the majority of her marketing career at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, where she held progressive roles across marketing, PR, and creative content. Most recently serving as Creative Content Manager, Silvia led social strategy, photography and video production, and cross functional campaigns in partnership with leadership, food and beverage, and revenue teams. Her work supported major seasonal programming and culinary destinations across the resort, drove measurable revenue impact, and earned recognition for social media excellence at a national level.

Complementing her marketing expertise is a strong foundation in food and beverage. Silvia has worked as a sommelier, lead server, private dining captain, and trainer in luxury dining environments, giving her a hands-on understanding of guest experience from the inside out. This operational fluency allows her to create marketing that feels both elevated and authentic.

Now joining CCDCR Silvia is excited to bring her love of hospitality, creativity, and collaboration to a community centered on connection, lifestyle, and memorable experiences. She looks forward to helping tell the DC Ranch story in a way that feels welcoming, engaging, and true to the people who call it home.
