Welcome Ty Martinez, Our New Assistant Director of Food & Beverage!

 

We’re excited to welcome Ty Martinez as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, Ty moved to the Valley to attend Paradise Valley Community College, where he played collegiate golf and discovered a true passion for hospitality.

 

Ty joins us from Desert Highlands Golf Club in Scottsdale, one of the top-ranked private clubs in the country. Over the past several years, he quickly advanced through key leadership roles, most recently serving as Assistant Clubhouse Manager, where he led service teams, managed operations, and hosted high-profile events such as the 2024 KKW Summit. Ty also held roles as Director of First Impressions and Ventana Restaurant Manager, consistently driving excellence and innovation in guest service.

 

He began his hospitality career at the Four Seasons, where he honed the art of delivering personalized, luxury experiences, skills that continue to shape his approach today.

 

Outside of work, Ty enjoys golf, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their three children: Carson (12), Tatum (4), and baby Talon, born this past May.
